Small on purpose

ISM Electrical Solutions started in Worcester in 2017. It's run by John, with a small team he trusts, and it's kept that way on purpose. When you call, you speak to the person who'll price the job. When the job's done, the same person stands behind it.

We do domestic and commercial work, from a single socket to a full rewire, three-phase installs and emergency lighting.

How we work

A written quote before any work starts
Dust sheets down and disruption kept small
Every job tested before we leave, and you get the certificate
Things explained in plain English, including anything we find along the way
The room left the way we found it

Qualified and insured

We're fully qualified and fully insured for domestic and commercial work.

What customers notice

Read the reviews and the same things come up: on time, explained everything, clean. "Such a relief to find an electrician who is so responsive and reliable," as Richard put it.

In their words
